The elopement package includes :

Riverside Wedding Location near Springdale ( includes permit when needed )
We can also go into the park with this package for couple who get their permit from the Zion park website!
Plan to be out with us on location around 80 minutes.

Zion Wedding Officiant and Personalized Ceremony
Photography for One hour with over 100 fully edited images .
We can do a 2nd photography location in Zion National Park ( add $150 ) if you also want to expand to TWO photography locations
^ Expect about 50 extra pictures from that location !
Referrals are included for cake, florist , hair and makeup , or ceremony musician if you would like those !

For this package I have a ZION Wedding Ceremony Venue in Springdale. Ask about using this ceremony venue for FREE in 2026. I love it for the VIEW and easy parking! 801 556 3301
The South Park Amphitheater the Temple of Sinawava in Zion are also great options. . Get your permit through the NPS website or just ask me for a link.

Zion Wedding Package 3 ( ideal for the COUPLE and 25 – 40 guests )

NOTE: This is a Vendor support package intended for larger groups of 20-40 people !

For this package I also have a ZION Wedding Ceremony Venue in Springdale. Ask about using this ceremony venue for free in 2026. I highly recommend being slightly outside the park with larger groups for EASY parking ( no need for the Zion shuttle ).

This package includes : Zion Planner / Coordinator , Officiant, Florist , AND Photographer.

$3,000 for 20-40 guests ( TEXT me at 801 556 3301 with a photo of this package and your wedding date and I can get you $100 off for 2026 or 2027 when you book by April 25 )
Planner arrives prior to you arriving for the wedding ceremony.
Wedding Officiant ( arrives 30 min. before ceremony )
1 medium size bridal bouquet ( choose rose or wildflower option ) – Planner will give the bride the bouquet at ceremony area or hotel / resort prior.
3 hours of professional photography WITH at least 350 high res. EDITED IMAGES included . Allow 90 minutes at the ceremony location and then we can drive to an additional Zion wedding photography location ( allow 80-90 min. of photography with just the two of you ) !

Zion Wedding Package 4 ( for VENUE weddings 40-120 people ) $2000-$3200

Do you PREFER to book your wedding elements ONE BY ONE ? FOR EVENTS OVER 45 PEOPLE ask me about creating a PLANNING PACKAGE TO WORK ON THINGS WEEK BY WEEK for any vendors you still need to find! More complex weddings ( such as those renting a Zion full day wedding venue ) may be ideal for this . The planning AND full day of coordination for these types of weddings could range from $2000-$3200 depending on the scale of your event ( with estimates of 45-120 people ).
